Infosys Teams Up with Mastercard for Global Payments

Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, has announced a strategic collaboration with Mastercard to provide financial institutions enhanced access to Mastercard Move, Mastercard’s portfolio of money movement capabilities.

The collaboration will integrate Mastercard Move with Infosys Finacle, part of EdgeVerve Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys. This integration is expected to significantly reduce the time and resources typically required for implementing cross-border payment solutions. Financial institutions will now be able to access Mastercard Move’s capabilities efficiently and seamlessly.

Mastercard Move offers fast and secure money transfer solutions to direct disbursers, banks, non-bank financial institutions, and their customers, both domestically and internationally. The platform covers more than 200 countries and over 150 currencies, reaching more than 95 percent of the world’s banked population.

Pratik Khowala, EVP and Global Head of Transfer Solutions at Mastercard, said, “Through Mastercard Move, we empower individuals and organizations to move money quickly and securely across borders. Anouska Ladds, Executive Vice President, Commercial & New Payment Flows, Asia Pacific, Mastercard, highlighted the growing demand for global remittances, especially across Asia, which accounted for nearly half of global inflows in 2024. She added, “By collaborating with partners like Infosys, we can expand the reach of our remittance and commercial payment solutions to a more diverse set of users”.
