Modern design studios are prioritizing green solutions, integrating architecture with landscaping. Urban areas are adding green spaces to boost biodiversity and combat climate change, aided by technologies like smart irrigation and AI Predictive Maintenance. However, challenges include balancing aesthetics with practicality, staying within budget, and navigating regulations while ensuring sustainability and ease of maintenance.

Social Weavers, established in 2019, is a forward thinking design studio specializing in integrating architecture with landscaping. The company excels in creating sustainable, aesthetically cohesive outdoor-indoor spaces, and its innovative approach combines artistic vision with scientific precision to enhance both functionality and environmental responsibility.

Social Weavers is a burgeoning multidisciplinary design studio established by Sneha B Sachidananda. With over 14 years of experience, Sneha's journey began with her master’s in architecture from Glasgow University, followed by extensive work on diverse architectural projects across India at CnT Architects. Motivated by a passion for blending artistic sensibility with scientific methodology, Sneha started Social Weavers to seamlessly integrate architecture with landscaping. The firm is recognized for its holistic approach, tailoring landscapes that complement architectural elements and enhance functionality. “Social Weavers' main aim is not to differentiate between landscaping, architecture, and art. We look at the project as a whole. It’s all about creating spaces, be it indoor or outdoor, or one spilling onto the other. Finally, it’s about creating the atmosphere and the experience for the end user", says Sneha.
