The name Proxzar is unique and it is a combination of Proxy and Czar(authority).
The company has maintained this uniqueness through out their services also. Proxzar develops scalable, budget friendly AI powered chatbots, virtual assistants and enterprise search apps which is accessible anytime from anywhere, any app and any device using Proxzar platform. “Proxies created using Proxzar platform can be accessed not only on websites but they can also be accessed through native mobile apps and further, can be seamlessly integrated into any online messaging platforms like MSN messenger or Content Management Systems (CMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS) or CRM system”, says Kamal Kumar Nimmala, Founder, Proxzar. Their ease of development and low cost of operations have helped the company to cater to various verticals that include automotive, digital commerce, education, healthcare and discrete manufacturing and the services they offer is as diverse, with the company focusing on online product catalog search, distance learning programs, employee self services and regulatory procedure searches.
The company currently targets the B2B market and the biggest advantage of using Proxzar proxies is that they can be trained and integrated into any ERP or structured databases like CMS, LMS or CRM. This integration helps the client’s customer service team to concentrate on relevant content using natural language. The company uses cutting edge technologies from Microsoft, Stanford and Amazon to build proprietary algorithms which increases both the efficiency and effectiveness of their chatbots. The increasing requirements of the clients allowed Proxzar to add additional features to their products which allows the users to integrate their respective proxies directly into their own branded online applications by using the Proxzar API and they can also use the Proxzar platform as a market place for proxies created by end users.
With their hard work and dedication to their craft the company has managed to successfully build v1.0 of the platform and currently Proxzar is marketing it. With the company still in its infancy stage, the founders have big plans for Proxzar. “While it might sound audacious, we want to grandfather Google. We feel that Google has come of age. With information overload on the web, we smell an opportunity to provide specific and authentic responses 24x7 to users on any topic of interest. And, our longterm vision for Proxzar is to move into the B2C space, which is currently being dominated by Google”,sums up Srikanth Thirumalasetti.
