With a fleet strength of 70 custom built vehicles in dimensions ranging from 17 ft.,to 28 ft.,capable of attaining temperature range between -25 degrees C to + 25
degree C, and fabricated to Global pallet sizes, with Pharma grade stainless steel interiors and high-quality PUFF/XPS thermal insulated body, RTPL offers seamless cold chain services to its clients, with maximum volume utilization. With stringent adherence to SOPs, the in-house Thermal Imaging Process is conducted on Reefer container body through US-based FLIR thermal imaging Camera. Thermal Qualification Study (temperature mapping) of the Containers is performed prior to inducting vehicles into active service, ensuring they qualify on specified parameters of Pharma cold chain. “Our vehicles are equipped with two-way temperature monitoring systems, through the data logger and the GPS sensor, says Dileep Naik, Managing Director, Reema Transport.

In-house training is imparted to its employees, including drivers, by Vendors and Manufactures. RTPL also celebrates Drivers’ Day annually to felicitate drivers. “Training and knowledge awareness is imparted periodically to drivers and support staff, in handling reefer vehicles, Temperature Sensors, Air Conditioning Units, and safe handling of cargo,” adds Dileep.
