Right from surveying of the project site to designing the layout, construction, execution, maintenance, and consulting, VVI Group takes complete responsibility of turnkey projects keeping the client stress free. This one stop shop for turnkey projects (interiors, exteriors work and project consulting) not only designs facility according to client’s work pattern/requirement and budget, but also assists them in choosing the space and manages the complete transaction, including selection of material and division of space. Atop, it renders IT support and Soft Services via internal /external resources (associates with housekeeping agencies), while enabling clients to use their facility from day-1 itself.

For on-time completion of projects, VVI Group prepares proper project schedule based on their size & requirements prior to inception. It takes around 45-60 days for interior work project and 8-10 months for complete construction projects. Besides, the venture even organizes inauguration program (decoration) of clients’ facility. “Clients feel comfortable as soon as they engage with us. Right from drawing board conception, to execution, we do everything; client just needs to walkin and start using the facility,” avers Srinath.
