The company has employed its own one-of-its-kind ERP system, which allocates the clients’ call and monitors them, while its team keeps track of all activities (from installing to repairing to replacement) and orders. In case of equipment failure, Lease Tech sends support within three working hours and if need be, the product is replaced in eight working hours. It facilitates officials’ all over India who attend calls and immediately repair or troubleshoot and take action in case any breakdown occurs.
