Presently, Timbl caters to three segments – wired broadband services in numerous micro-markets in 15 cities, Wi-Fi Services in campuses and finally, Enterprise Internet Leased Lines Services, with last mile on Fibre, Copper or wireless, as per customer’s preference. Kapil explains, “Our key offering for broadband customers is unlimited usage experience at multiple speed options ranging from 10 Mbps to 50 Mbps. Under Internet Leased Line services, we offer state-of-the-art backup infrastructure with redundant last mile route for very high uptimes, helping the customers save 80 percent of the additional spend on the secondary link. At Timbl, we ensure adequate power backup at the access network aggregation points and ready availability of spare equipments during the time of equipment failures.”

Impeccable service and exemplary on-time customer support are the key factors that give Timbl an edge over hundreds of other players in the market. Company’s 24*7 central Network Operation Centre monitors all network elements and promptly responds to all outage alarms. Along with the excellent customer support, company also pays an equal attention to data security. Data of
each customer is secured by providing an encrypted end-customer device (Router). The customer ID or the Router MAC ID has been bound with the port of the Access Node to protect the user data from unauthorised users.
