It has acquired Locational Clearances, Master Plan Clearance and Building Approvals in the form of Commencement Certificate, Plinth Completion Certificate, Occupation Certificate for several projects. It accomplishes this by closely working with many local authorities such as CIDCO, MIDC, MSRDC, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Panvel Municipal Corporation, JNPT, Highway Authority, PWD, Raigad Collector and many others. DEVISE has processed numerous Departmental No Objection Certificates from MSRDC, Railways, National Highway Authority, Grampanchayats, MSEB, Airport Authority, Environmental Department, Fire Department, Forest Department and others which are required for development permission.
