It's no secret that Experiential Learning holds the key to empower people in leveraging their theoretical knowledge in order to resolve professional & personal problems pragmatically. A master in this art is Empower Activity Camps, which instills creativity, novelty & practicality in its corporate trainees, directing and shaping them into industry-oriented individuals. Widely acclaimed for its renowned facilitators & innovative modules, its team consists of army veterans like Col. Naval Kohli, Col. Bharat Haladi, Col. IP Singh; industry veterans like Anil Bhasin, Anup Talwar, and a team of qualified soft skill trainers like Neha and Radhika, who are all experienced professionals in their fields and ably supported by business development team under Bhavna Sahai.

Empower Activity Camps was established in 2006 by Col. Naval, an army veteran with over 24 years of experience, and Anil, a post graduate in hotel management and an Air India Inflight Service ace, along with two more cousins with a motive to impart top-notch, effective, result oriented & focused outbound trainings. Having served as an instructor in an Army College of Instruction for Training Officers, Col. Naval has cracked the code for applying theoretical knowledge into planned execution in an outdoor environment to obtain optimum results. Driven by passion, together with his team, he has trained over 650 corporate teams since the last 14 years, including PAN India and overseas trainings in Singapore, Philippines, US and elsewhere.

A company that believes in empowering participants by helping them discover their own strengths, Empower Activity Camps implements the David Kolb's Cycle of Experiential learning to instill learnings which go deep into the subconscious mind for long-lasting prowess. Specific training needs are identified & suitable out-bound training program is designed accordingly to convert `Good teams into high performance teams'. Consequently, through an ideal intermingling of simulated activities related to real life issues at work place along with detailed
debriefs, which is its USP, the program empowers participants to come-up with innovative solutions via discussions, collaborations and team-work to finish their tasks. It also offers the use of psychometric tool assessments, the results of which are further reinforced through outbound training. No wonder, it is frequented by several renowned companies and colleges for its splendid services, namely corporate outbound training, corporate team building programs, campus to corporate programs, school outbound camps and adventure activities for family groups.
