Dr. Karthy has nearly two decades of experience in Analytical, Industrial Consultancy and Research. He has completed his doctoral degree in the field of Microbiology. Dr. Karthy is editorial member in academic and non-academic journals and has published several research papers in reputed National and International Scientific Journals. More than 2000 farmers were trained by him through AWE CARE about organic farming and sustainable agricultural development. Due to his contribution to the various industrial researches, he was appointed as Board of Study member in various government and autonomous academic Institutions. He was awarded Dr. A. P. J Abdul Kalam Best Scientist and Distinguished Fellow Award in 2020, by the Bose Science Society, Tamil Nadu, for his contribution and dedicated services in the field of scientific research and education.
