Avench Systems was founded by five college friends with a shared vision to design solutions tailored to India’s unique market needs. After spending over 15 years working in leading multinational companies like Intel, Microchip, and CoreEl, the founders realized that most products were designed for Western markets and later adapted for India. This inspired them to create innovative products addressing local challenges. Their journey began with a micro UPS product (PowerPanda), but quickly pivoted to offering engineering services due to market dynamics.
Leveraging their deep expertise in embedded hardware and software, they built a strong customer base, primarily in the U.S. and
Canada. Despite challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, the firm secured a strategic investment from a German company in 2023. Today, as part of the Rotzler Group, Avench Systems continues to innovate in industrial electronics while maintaining its identity and serving global markets.
