Signum Hotels and Resorts has entered into an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to manage properties under Wyndham's Trademark Collection in India, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. The partnership will bring 5,000 keys within the next five years, expanding both brands' footprint in these strategic markets.

Under the agreement, Signum Hotels will operate properties in the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, combining Wyndham's international standards with Signum's established regional presence. The move is likely to bring improved competitive benefits to independent hotel owners and upgrade guests' experiences.

Dimitris Manikis, President of EMEA for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, underlined the significance of this partnership, commenting, "Independent hotel owners in India, the UK, and the UAE are looking for solid partners to contend with in the vibrant hospitality market. Our alliance unites Signum Hotels' management skills with the Wyndham Advantage, supported by our international distribution system, sales force, marketing resources, and best-in-class loyalty program".

Mehul Sharma, Signum Hotels and Resorts' Founder and CEO, labeled the tie-up as a 'milestone' achievement in consolidating Signum's foothold in the three regions. Sharma pointed out that Signum Hotels already has a sizeable inventory of serviced apartments in the Middle East and the UK, with 900 units, setting the brand up for more growth.

Through this tie-up, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Signum Hotels seek to leverage increasing opportunities in the hospitality industry, providing travelers with upgraded stays as well as assisting hotel owners with superior operating know-how.
