Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, manufacturer of Asia's largest two wheeler manufacturer today launched the new CB300F flex-fuel motorcycle. Conceived to make a difference for a more responsible mobility solution for the nation, the first 300 cc flex fuel motorcycle of India is designed especially for green-friendly riders. One's interests can now book their motorcycles at their nearest dealerships.
The Honda CB300F flex-fuel is designed to be a hard and tough streetfighter that must strike the golden mean between being environmentally friendly yet powerful. It has a 293.52cc oil-cooled, four-stroke, single-cylinder engine efficient enough for it to run on fuel with an E85 content: that is, 85 percent ethanol, 15 percent gasoline-combustible, and yielding power at 18.3 kW, with a peak torque of 25.9 Nm. The unit is mated to a 6-speed gearbox that showcases an assist slipper clutch with gear-shifting smoothness and downshift elimination of rear wheel hopping to an advanced next level.
The CB300F comes both for comfort and performance. Its disc brakes are present on all four wheels, at the front 276mm and rear 220mm, with dual-channel ABS, and Honda's Selectable Torque Control (HSTC). The other attractive features are the golden USD front forks and a 5-step adjustable rear mono-shock suspension that aids better comfort in riding and a fully LED lighting system.
Advanced fully digital instrument panel for this bike comprises five levels of customizable brightness to give important information such as speed, odometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, twin trip meters, gear position, and clock. And one of the significant ones is the Intelligent Ethanol Indicator which comes on when more than 85% ethanol content gasoline is detected.
HMSI will attempt to upgrade the two-wheeler mobility futures by offering a technologically new CB300F flex-fuel. The motorcycle comes in a singular variant with two color options- Sports Red and Mat Axis Grey Metallic. Booking is open, and the motorcycle is to be likely present across Honda Big Wing dealerships in the country by the last week of October 2024.
