Axis Trustee Services Limited (ATSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axis Bank and a leading player in corporate and fiduciary services, has launched AVA (Axis Trustee Virtual Assistant) the first AI-powered chatbot in the Indian trustee services industry. This strategic move marks a milestone in ATSL’s digital transformation journey, reinforcing its leadership in fintech-driven trustee solutions.
AVA is designed to offer real-time, intelligent support to clients, enabling seamless interactions and instant query resolution. The AI-powered assistant caters to three crucial aspects of client interaction.
